I think the “S” word is gone until winter comes around again. We’ve had some nice spring showers and it is time to come out of hibernation so – It is time for our seven shop hop. Beginning Thursday, April 14th through Saturday, the 16th the hop is on. Visit each store and get your passport stamped with a purchase. Passports may be picked up at your first stop or downloaded off our web site at this link http://www.myfiberworks.com/shophopfall.html
When you turn your passport in at the last shop, you will receive a fat quarter bundle in exchange for your filled passport. You will also get a pattern that is made especially for using fats. These are nice tone-on-tones in springy colors.
The participating stores besides Fiberworks include Moose Patch (Waverly), Crazy to Quilt and Lulijune’s (Cedar Falls), Jen’s Needlework (Aplington), Dralle’s (Greene), and Prairie Rose Fabrics (Clarksville).
The March – April newsletter is up and ready for you to read. Go to this link and click on March/April 2016 http://www.myfiberworks.com/newsletter.html
The Online Needlework Show is open April 1-3 – go to http://needleworkshow.com/ and click on the general viewing button. While you can’t buy anything yourself, you can let me know what you need, want, have to have, and I can get it for you. Be sure to give me your list so I can compile orders, if I don’t have the items already in the store, and get them turned in by the end of the show (it goes from midnight to midnight but I usually go to bed earlier than that and don’t check my emails at home). There are about 36 or 37 vendors in this show – mostly cross stitch designers.
